Terms an Conditions of use

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of use (known as "T&Cs" or “CGU” in french) is to provide a legal framework for the terms of provision of the site and the services provided by the DUDA website creation and management platform and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the “User”. These T&Cs are accessible on the Saola Studio website in the “T&Cs” section.

SAOLA STUDIO (N° Siret 88273687900017) is a simplified joint stock company (SAS), whose head office is located at 65 RUE DE MEAUX 75019 PARIS. The company has a share capital of €82,498 and has been registered with the RCS since 03/31/2020. Hosting of the site https://www.saolastudio.com/ is provided by the company DUDA.
ARTICLE 2: Access to the site
The site https://www.saolastudio.com/ allows the User free access to the following services: Creation of augmented reality experiences for cultural, historical, artistic and scientific centers. The site is accessible free of charge in all place to any User with access to the Internet. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.

The site ensures that the User collects and processes personal information while respecting privacy in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.
